Both pest control and exterminators want to solve the pest problem, but only pest control professionals seek to address the root cause of your pest infestation and prevent long-term issues, whereas exterminators focus on the short term. Pests taken care of by exterminators will often come back, but pests taken care of by pest control technicians usually stay gone.
